laughter guaranteed

Last weekend it was finally sunny and hot in the city. After I had a long week of work, the only thing I wanted to do was relax in Central Park. I put on my neon pink bathing suit for the first time, in the city, and headed for an open field. While I went to Central Park when I came for Spring break, I only hit up the very botton (I only had 30 minutes to take it in). This time I headed further back to 'the mall' and 'sheep's meadow'. After three hours in the sun and my iPod blaring, I left with a little sunburn and some tan.

Can you feel my love?

I am currently obsessed with Suzanne Roger's clothes and accessories. The combination of Chanel, Giambattista Valli, McQueen, and YSL makes for the closet of my dreams. Everything about these screams marvelous.

There are a few things I miss about home, even though I hate to admit it. The one thing is the beauty of summer. I miss the summer days I can wake up late and go straight to a bathing suit. I'd be riding my bike down beach sidewalks and enjoying the wind in my face during the brutal summer sun. Since I've been here, I haven't done as much shopping as I would hope. One of the things I want to shop for is a bathing suit. I brought a few pairs from home, but this is the first summer I haven't bought at least 2 new pairs. But I wouldn't give up being in New York just to be at the beach everyday.
